So I was wondering is it a good idea to sell the iOS 7 program for about $3 to anyone who wants to buy it? (I will assist them with the install).

no because there a millions of youtube videos on how to do it and links with the beta download all over google. nobody is gonna buy it. (Note: anyone who needs the links PM me)
