i just downloaded Payday 2 beta and when i try to play the game it doest come up and when i click it again it says the app is already running and nothing happens.

Restarting steam usually works for me when this happens with some of my games, that's all I have got.

the game is only optimized for one video card, you will have to download the .dll file and place it in the root of your payday 2 beta folder, unfortunately i cannot link you to the webpage because i got the .dll from a friend on skype.

Go to task manager and end the process of steam and pay day, then open up again, that might work.
