There's one in the "Breaking News" section, but it's a guide specifically for that section. Just don't break any rules and your posts should be fine.

im not worried about breaking the rules i just want to know like how to use spoils etc:/

To use spoils just put anything you want in between like anything else.. and it should come up like this

What i did is not spam with poor topics and make sure they are legit. i havent got far but i have been inactive
