If anyone could build me a pc for a friend that would be awesome. His budget is 500 us dollars and he needs a mouse and keyboard. No monitor. Thanks and +rep

to tell the truth, anything that could play bf3 at 60fps on med/high settings. If it could be better than the xbox one it would be awesome because i want him to switch

since i have an extra 7770, should he get one and take mine and corssfire instead of a 7790?

I'd suggest selling the 7770 and putting that money toward a higher-end build. For a little more, you could get an FX 6300 and a 650 Ti Boost. Crossfire with low-end cards is generally a bad idea and you'll need to spend more on your motherboard and power supple to make it happen. It could also make the CPU a bottleneck in some games.
