What is the use of this computer?
gaming and recording. games:MC, Arma2:dayz, BF3, LOL, others.
Are you a heavy multitasker & gamer? Or Just gamer only?
yes. gaming while youtube. and gaming while recording.
What's your budget?
500-700 USD
How much storage space is adequate enough for you?
current laptop has 290GB but dont have lots of games downloaded so maybe 500GB.
How long do you want this rig to last?
As long as possible. 4 years
What resolution will you be playing on?
HD, and max settings if possible
Will you overclock? If so how far?
Dont know how to but will do it if its worth it.
Do you need a monitor or other accessories?
cables to connect to tv. i think hdmi, windows 7, and a cheep dvd drive

I prefer to buy it myself. In any case OP said he wanted it included in the price, if he decides to illegally obtain it like a ruffian then he can whack a 760 in my build as the PSU will support it.

Over budget and for a little more you could get a GTX760 if you like. The poster above missed out a few items aswell.
how much better is the gtx760 over the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card?
and it will fit in the case right?
ty.

From what i see on benchmarks they perform kind of the same with each pulling ahead in certain tasks. I think it comes down to which is cheaper. Radeon uses OpenCL and GeForce has PhysX if that interests you.
The cards will fit as the HAF912 has a removable drive caddy inside.

The processor will come with the stock cooler in the box, if you wanted to overclock then yes you'd need a better one.
I currently use a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO on my rig which does a good job, but in the states the Hyper 212 Plus is cheaper and is almost identical.
