So I have tried livestreaming many times now but I cant get it to go smoothly. As soon as I make it go live the framerate of the stream drops significantly. My internet is 23 down and 5.5 upload. I do use Xsplit and use screen capture rather than getting the video directly from my HDpvr.
It could possibly be that my laptop cant handle it here are the specs: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If anyone has any advice I would much appreciate it.

This laptop has integrated graphics on it which is NOT going to run any game smoothly. I do believe your CPU is the problem here. Is it a single, dual or quad core CPU?

Are you streaming from PC games or Console?

If you are streaming from PC games that laptop hasn't got enough power to preform it,
If from console and the stream is lagging it could be your computer again.
To be honest its 90% chance its your laptop.
