how do i set up E-XBLS for my jtag xenon if you help me i will host for free anytime of the day for you and your mates

DONT TELL ME THAT THE SERVERS ARE DOWN COS I HAVE SEEN ABOUT 500 POST'S SAYING "E-XBLS ISNT DOWN IM ONLINE RIGHT NOW!!!"

Hope this helps. I personally don't have a jtag, but my friend does and I know you have to move the files to your USB and then move them to your jtag. Sorry kinda noob here. But a video should help.
