It keeps saying resolving a prior failed transaction but nothing happens.

No your wrong you can give the beta out the other person recovers your account and it will say to update the console that's what me and my friend do

Someone recovered my account with the beta dashboard and it didn't ask me for an update.
Edit: Oh nevermind I get it. Recover someones account with beta dash.
