If they didnt bring back COTD ( Call of the Dead ) that wouldnt make any sense, that was in Black Ops and they wouldnt forget one map...

Why would they bring more then 5 maps. Just because cotd isnt on there lol. What about five and dead ops? My point COD only brings 5 maps each map pack dlc. There not going to add more just because there is more than 5 zombie maps.

Actually they could because COTD is like MOTD cause it had nothing to do with the easter egg
and while the other 4 maps had to do something with the original 4 characters

Did you not do COTD easter egg? It set the original characters up for Shangri La while MOTD was a metaphor.
