Dude, 1. Its been seven minutes. 2. Not every state police runs over pedestrians. 3. It was probably an accident. 4. People like you take the smallest things and turn them into something there not.

looking at this it was not on purpose so lets not blow this out of porportion saying it was on purpose if he was really trying to hit him he would of not got out to tell him if he was ok.

I would have grabbed my back and laid there until an ambulance took me to an ER then I would sue the crap out of that city. The sad part is the cop will pry get fired or paid leave. Anyone else does that they go to prison.
