You don't just put an awful cpu in a pc with 16gb of ram. Why the hell is there 16 gb of ram? almost every game wont push 4. Get 6 if youre worried about that. Not 16.

No, please, do some research before slapping every $700 part together.
Firstly, the processor. Get an Intel i5 3+Ghz. Dont get the older ones, the newest gen.
Mobo is up to you, just make sure it supports the Intel socket (L115A1 or something)
Go for 8 or 12GB, even a 64-bit computer wont use any more than 6 for gaming, theres no need.
Get an Nvidia GTX 700 series, Titans are cool but they are kinda overpriced.
The rest is fine, you might need a better PSU but 600W should be more than enough.

Its a decent build, but its worth looking at the 7870 Ghz Edition as i believe its on offer in the states and will perform better for close to the cost of the 7850, or get the 7870 Tahiti LE in the UK as its the same price.
I'd look at seeing if there is a cheaper 550w power supply as it would be more than adequate for that system. But i do agree with above poster about the RAM, its a little extreme and a waste. But the CPU is a good processor for its price.

How much is that build worth from craigslist OP? Theres no point us saying if its good or bad unless we know the price.
