This is exactly why i feel they need to put a lot of investigation into suicide victims, Someone could have drove them there and deserve a punishment.

i think bullying is wrong but cyber bullying is stupid if they are just to stupid to not look at the message or block them then o well there dumb. and real life bullying, you can tell someone or punch them in the face. if you aint got the nuts to do that then deal with it

Also the mess up thing is that people who drive a person to that point of depression and sadness don't even consider what if that was them how would they feel you have to think what if i was in her shoes how would i feel before doing such stupid acts. That would drive someone to death.

I gotta step in real fast,

a couple years ago my best friend had a gf, they got all intimate in freshman year of HS, and he, being my best friend told me everything. later on this girl, after they broke up started to hate on my guts, literally tried to get me jumped at school because i told my best friend i didn't think she was right for him. anyway, a year later, its the start of the school year and im chillin' in class with one of my friends, we're passing jokes, having a good time, when another girl, whom neither of us like keeps bugging us, trying to force us into confessing something that neither of us knew. anyway while laughing i turn to her and tell her, "Do you know why Veronica isn't here at school?" veronica was the girl my friend dated; but this girl, who starts to laugh as well says, "why?", i respond "because she got preggers!" and me and my friend crack up, and this girl cracks up. the next day i get called to the office to see the principle, because that girl told all of veronica's friends the joke. and one of them had snitched to the principle that I was spreading rumors. now, this veronica girl, she lies about everything, "my dad hired assassins to kill me because he doesn't love me!" "i bought a galleon jar of suicide pills and i take one every night before i go to sleep!" she hears about it, and tells the principle that she tried to kill herself because of it. and that she blames me for absolutely everything wrong in her life and that im the sole responsibility for her trying to kill herself.

And no, this isnt bull, she tried to have me arrested, and for what? telling a girl a joke? who then told others it was the truth? no, what did it do to me? i got screwed for that year in the administration's eyes, i had to go to 6 months of anger management, for what?

the way that schools handle the issue of suicide needs to be looked at deeply before they start taking action, the only thing im guilty of is a bad joke, against someone who lies about everything, cheated on my best friend, tried to get me jumped, and to this day causes trouble for me with the administration.

my point is yea bullying is bad, putting someone in that posistion is a terrible thing for anyone to have to go through, but the way schools handle it, they dont look at the situation, they take one look, say, oh my! this is a teenage girl, and hes a teenage boy with mediocre grades, it must be true. and even knowing what I went through with her, no she had no action taken against her, and to this day she hasnt been penalized. the system is fuq'd up, and it screwed me over.

and no im no gang banger no life, i go to church, i take care of my grand parents, i babysit, and i volunteer at my local national park, and yet without anything but her word i am now some dark, malevolent person out to get her. because now the school has labeled me as a "bully" and a serious suicide threat to her.

I agree very much as I had first hand experience with it, but Amanda Todd bought what she did on HERSELF. So using her I think isn't a good example but whatever.

Nobody should have to go through being bullied like that. Tormenting someone is rude and stupid... Even little things u say to someone is bullying. Everyone gets bullied. If you take it to such an extreme someone kills themselves then that is heartless.
