I wouldn't even bother for multiple reasons:
It's a laptop
The CPU isn't quad core
Terrible CPU clock speed
Outdated graphics.
If you want a machine to play games on then you need to get something where you can choose the parts.
Laptops are not viable options, especially for PC gaming because of the connectivity issues on games like black ops 2, you will be on pings that make it impossible for you to compete...
Just invest in a custom desktop trust me.
*EDIT* Answer would be no from me by judging from the CPU

Yes, if you want to play like you're playing on a potato.
Take his^ advice, and get a custom build desktop.

I am going to try to guess your circumstances and say you need laptop for school/university. Why don't you get a cheap notepad for education and a desktop for playing games at home.

It's funny how somebody down voted my post. Honestly, there is no point in telling someone why their LAPTOP cannot play a certain game (pertaining to hardware) because there isn't much they can do about it. If I were to say "you need a TITAN to play BF4 on Ultra at *insert ridiculous resolution here*" it would be pointless. If it were a desktop it would be different. OP, you can't play Black Ops 2 on max because your GT 640m is not powerful enough.
Happy?
