Can't recover Profile on Xbox DashPosted:

I try to Download it and it stops once it loads a little and gives me error code 80151012
Anybody know a quick way of fixing this?
And if I press the Guide Button I have the account but it's not fully downloaded

test xbox live connection then turn eject ethernet cable and turn off. unplug power cord from xbox. plug ethernet back in and wait 30 sec. turn xbox back on and recover again.

Go to the Reset your password page.
Click to select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.
Click Reset your password.
Enter your Microsoft account name.
Type the characters you see in the picture.
Click Next.
Click Customer support.
When Customer support appears, click it.
Enter the Microsoft account that you are trying to recover.
Enter your contact email address.
Click Continue.
Validate your identity by providing as much information as you can on the Microsoft account recovery page.
Follow the instructions to finish.
From MS support themselves.
Click to select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.
Click Reset your password.
Enter your Microsoft account name.
Type the characters you see in the picture.
Click Next.
Click Customer support.
When Customer support appears, click it.
Enter the Microsoft account that you are trying to recover.

If you have auto sign in turned on for an account turn it off then turn your xbox off and back on then don't choose an account just press B then try to recover it.

No, it happens to me a lot.
It means that your X-Box Live account is locked.
You need to allow recoveries to be on.
Go to the dashboard and then go to settings and it is either in Privacy or Family Settings.
