OK At First My Budget Was 460$, but it has come to my attention that if i spend more I Play less in the long run [upgrades, etc.] So REASONABLY How Much More Should I Spend to Get A Significant Amount More of Upgradabiility and Performance? And If Possible A Build With What I Would Want.

My reply is above. If it isn't clear enough, please ask and I will clear up any misunderstanding.

If you are looking for a second opinion, then bumping isn't the way to get it.
