First I am probably going to try the campaign out for a awhile, do a couple of missions and then go to see how the MP is like.

First i'm going to start up single player and I'm gonna go on shooting sprees like in GTA:IV & see what the differences are.
Then I'm gonna customize cars, start the story, & explore alot.
