I think you guys might be misunderstanding.
It's widely accepted by Historians that Jesus was a real man and did exist.
The question is whether he was actually the Son of God.
Being an Atheist, I don't think he was and even if this was part of the cross that he was crucified on, it wouldn't prove a thing.
The chances of this being part of the cross are slim to none and proving it would be near impossible anyway.
Think about how many other people were crucified around that time, it would be like finding a needle in a stack of needles.

Most people do not refute the existence of Jesus it is the claims of scholars and friends of the miracles he supposedly did we have trouble believing .

My mom told me that there is a building in Rome where you can see a slit in a door. Through that slit in the door you can see where Jesus supposively was whipped and there is blood stains on the floor. Maybe that's a little bit of proof.

The question is: Is that really his blood?

I wouldn't be surprised if a kind and considerate man named Jesus Christ existed.

However, I am in no doubt that I he did exist, that's all he was. Not the son of god.
