Hello!

I restored my computer to factory settings and while restoring the restore process did NOT complete and now when I turn the computer on it says "Setup is preparing your computer for first use" and then it says "welcome" and then goes to the desktop, Which pop ups a message saying "Restoration Incomplete" It gives me three options "Save Log" or "Details" or "Retry". When i "Retry" the options to reset the computer are not working! It will not let me click on them.

Here are pictures:

So if anyone knows what I can do to fix this! Please Reply or send me a PM! Also I do not have warranty on the laptop!

Please HELP!!!!!!!!

When the message appears just close it (dont click any of the options) , try using system restore and restore it to a previous date then once that has done i would try again restoring it to factory settings.

Hope this helps
