I have no idea what I am doing. How do you change your profile picture? I uploaded a GIF and I don't know what else lol. HELP!!!!!!!

I assume, from what you wrote that you already uploaded it to the site..

If so, you need to wait for staff to approve it, there is no really time limit for how long it will take, but whenever I upload a new avatar it takes about 15-30 minutes.
