What about devices like the Xperia Z?
The Xperia Z ultra is to be released very soon im pretty sure and that phone looks pretty amazing! 6.4inch 1080p screen, 2.2ghz quadcore processor, good camera and so on! When i get a job thats what im buying!

I have the Galaxy Note 2 and i know it isnt on the list but it is a amazing Phone that is very powerful.

HTC One > Galaxy S4 Active > Galaxy S4

Dude trust me go with the HTC One. I was in your exact situation and I chose to go with the HTC One for many reasons. The HTC one feels A LOT better and not as cheap as the galaxys. Everytime you lick it up it's so satisfying it's mind blowing. It has better quality music and the display on it is WAYYYYYYYY WAAYYYY BETTER my dad has th. S4 and my display looks so much more clean than his and all around just looks better. Listen to me when I say this, the camera on the one is absolutely amazing. My brother has the iPhone 5 and he said my camera looks way better than his and he knows his stuff about phones. Dude seriously you won't regret going with the HTC One. The only thing I made a mistake on is going with the grey one cause I think the black looks cooler but I still think mine looks amazing. PM me if you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them
