i have a iso disc brand new it gets to 69% then stops what can i do or what im i doing wrong i put the usb in then the retail copy delte saves clear cache the go to install when select device comes up hotswap then it goes to 69% help please

i would save it to the hardrive...
also hotswap when it says 0% when i do that it works everytime!

ino it saves to the hardrive but on the site i bought it off says put a usb in
