i have an x42 headset and my headset wont turn on. i am unable to pair the device. any tips on how to fix it

If it won't turn on then you need new batteries...

is the box light up with blue lights?

slim and all 3 are light up then the power one is flashing slowly. but i cant re pair cus my power on the headset wont work even though my batteries are fully charge

uh you might have got a bad pair try holding in the ower button until you hear a beep otherwise idk
