If I keep my 6000 MSP on my account will I get banned ?
Because I'm waiting to get some PayDay 2 & GTA V DLC and A season pass for CoD Ghosts .
And no I'm not on the BETA Dashboard .

I don't understand why you think you will get banned for having msp on your account.

they have no cause to ban you for keeping msp on you account i have 10k sitting on mine for future use so its no big deal
