Okay, first off I haven't done proper anything in Photoshop for about a year (unless you count face swapping and stuff like that then I lied). But I'm out of ideas here seriously, I'm making a background for youtube and my desktop (Same photo, just resized) but it's missing something... Anyway here is the photo.

Oh, the characters are from High school DxD. Watch it its got a good story and its like supernatural/fantasy/ecchi.

I'm not a fan of the anime either but it's pretty cool.
