Just a reminder if you didn't read my last post this is a brand new PS3 save that I converted to the pc version. So if you could can you make it so i can still do the character creation after you mod it, that would be amazing. sorry if i'm asking for too much, I just want to be able to make my own guy after it is modded. So if you can thanks .

Everytime I asked someone to mod my save here I always screwed up the codes. So if you mod it or not, it's whatever. But all I want is my blacksmithing to be 1000, my shout recharge time reduced to 0, and I want the champions cudgel (from the dragonborn dlc) in my inv. I do have all 3 dlc and don't want to lose any progress in any, so please only mod my save if you have all 3 installed.
