I am on a PC with Windows Vista and good enough gaming capabilities except I need a better graphics card. I'm just wondering if anyone could suggest a good one for less than $100. Thanks

Well, if you want, you can spend around and extra 50 bucks for a Nvidia 560m, they are great graphics cards. Look them up.

If i'm going to suggest a graphics card, i'm going to need to know the processor too.

Because there could be a possible bottleneck.

Also let me know if you know a decent amount of stuff about computers. Its good to know all the pieces.

One more thing. Is your pc a labtop, desktop or tower?
