Definetely fletching, I achieved it within 20 hours, it is extremely easy, and if you stick with maple shieldbows, you'll make about 5m by the end. Good luck!

no but seriously probably Prayer or Construction with the right amount of money but cheap/free fletching cooking and I remember rumors from back in the day of people getting 99 hunter in 3 days

Cooking or Fletching are by far the easiest since you can achieve over 100k+ a hour. Firemaking isn't that hard but it still is a lot of clicking and stuff.
