Not yet no, In the real world it doesn't affect performance no matter what people say as it is unlikely anything uses up all of PCIe 2.0 bandwidth.

I knew about the bandwidth and other things, just thought it was the other way round. Luckily I never realised AMD used 2.0 and so didn't only recommend 2.0 cards...
