I wanna too but i was told you gotta have a jtag to load them up and that theres no usb mod menu's apart from svgs

You make one from CFG Modding I think its called, but very complicated.

learning xbox code is alot harder than c++ or java, there are thousands of DVARS and no program to tell you if the code is wrong the best thing for you to do to start is to download a base of a menu and get a full one after that implement parts of the code to see what they do and how it behaves in the game, if you want a full list of DVARS let me know and i will link you to it.

1: Click start from scratch.
2:and it ets you enter main codes like godmode and such. theirs codes more down the page. people post them.
3when your done, scroll down till you see "When Your Done"
4:Choose a savegame file on your computer, and check the box where it says "Show CFG output:"
5:copy that code and go here"

1:Scroll down till you see a white box, above it you will see "choose file"
2:choose the savegame that you saved the menu on.
3:and you should she codes popping up in the box.
4:at the bottom of the box, you will see "Savegame: Choose No File Chosen"
5:select the savegame file that has the menu on it
6:Check the Log thats below that and it will say savegame successful 100% or file couldnt be saved.
7:if it says it cant save the file you may need to take some stuff out of it
