My Player doesn't want to dunk Alley Oops , and doesn't want to posterize and I have signature skills what can I do , thanks

Does he have 95+ vertical and dunk? thats the only thing i can think of..

if he is a point guard then he will barely dunk. this is just from my experience. he needs to be sg-sf
