They did not tweet saying it was in cert test.

4J tweeted "Finishing up on TU12 now - hope to be in Cert Test later this week. Will be revealing the first Mash-up Pack soon after that! #MinecraftXBLA"

So they stated that it will hopefully be in cert test by end of the week and this process once in cert test usually takes 7-10 days.

So I wouldn't expect the update on the 11th. Should be a week or two.
