Building around a last gen i5 for that budget might not be the best idea, for around this budget you'd probably want an AMD build.

There is a reason I said Buxtyy, thats 450w of a PSU.

Surely you'd need at least 550w.

450 is fine for that build. I have a friend running the exact same specs on a cheapo 400W so a decent 450W like the XFX will be more than enough.

It's a bit weaker but a third of the price. With the i5 you wouldn't be able to afford anything like a 660, and you would have worse gaming performance.
