tbyeah wrote 450 is fine for that build. I have a friend running the exact same specs on a cheapo 400W so a decent 450W like the XFX will be more than enough.
I find it hard to believe really. The most littlest PSU I've seen in a build is 500w.
Sorry if it is enough, but is doesn't seem right.

It's the perfect amount of wattage for that system.

The graphics card in my build has an HDMI port where you can connect your PC to the monitor. You wouldn't plug the monitor into the motherboard.

I didn't include an Operating System(OS) because you never requested for one.
Whats sort of game will this build run?
High/Ultra @1080p, it's great little card.
For audio and visuals the desired port is DVI not HDMI. You plug it into the graphics card not the motherboard.

At 1080p, HDMI is fine and it also transfers audio unlike DVI. DVI is only needed at higher resolutions.

I thought i heard my spidey sense tingling. I chose the XFX Tahiti LE over the PCS+ because i own one and it has a better cooler than the PCS+ version.
FINALLY! ITS YOU!
Go with this build OP, its the best looking one here so far.

That would be the best one so far if it had an OS. As it stands it cost about 70 over budget.
If they don't specify, just assume they need one.
