I did read the post I also am not a beginner, I over 50K kills and 125 downs, that's over a 350KD. You're a beginner.

Its not that you get far its that you get a lot of kills that game and it skyrockets your k/d

I also have shotguns, but I got them with these stats

Grenade kills: 423

Hits: 367,343
Perks drank: 411
Bullets fired: 173,510
Gibs: 30,400
Traveled miles: 266

Tranzit solo: 8 rounds
Town solo: 8 rounds
Nuketown solo: 23 rounds
Die Rise solo: 24 rounds
Die Rise two player: 26 rounds
Die Rise three player: 8 rounds
Buried solo: 58 rounds
Buried two player: 35 rounds
Buried three player: 1 round
Buried four player: 21 rounds

K/D: 319.34

I got my shotguns from the buried round 58 solo.

You don't need 50,000 kills. I got them at around 30,000+ and some people have even gotten them with only around 15,000 kills. The better you do in a bigger variety of games helps you a lot. It's not all kills as you probably know, but if you ONLY play solo on one or two maps it wont rank you up as quick as playing other maps with other amounts of people. I had played a wide variety of online games and it really helped my rank. I am also guarantee that getting high rounds will help your rank a LOT. You got yours so early be a you had limited downs under 100 however if you had over 200 downs you will need around 50000 to get a good kd

You said you got your shotguns at 18k kills which is basically not a lot of kills meaning by you getting them early on means you didn't have many downs therefore triggering you to get shotguns yes you may have 50k kills now but you only had 18 when you got the shotguns (nearer to the beginning)

Die rise- 68

So you have a 1k kd and no shot guns? I honestly have no idea why you have not got them
