So I've recently purchased M13. I need some help with MUT. What are the first few moves I should make? Who are some budget players I can get to increase my starter team?

I'm not new to the Ultimate Team scene. I play the hell out of FIFA 13's UT. I'm actually rather good at it, this is completely different though.
