no my brother has that card and hes playing now on ultra 1080p getting 80 fps.

My friend built a PC and didn't consult me first... He used an i3, a 640, 2GB of RAM, a Raidmax PSU and an ASUS MAXIMUS V FORMULA??? Like seriously...
