do my computer wont boot up an i am clueless if there are any IT"s out there that are willing to help message me .

You need to be more specific. What were you last doing? Did you shut it down yourself, or did it turn off on it's own? Have you installed any new hardware recently?

Is it plugged into the wall? Is the power supply cord plugged in? There's basics and advanced computer stuff man, gotta be more specific here!

Are you kidding? I've been working in a computer service shop for the past 2 years and have worked on 100s of computers. Now I may not be a professional in what I do, but I'm sure as hell experienced. Besides, all the "experienced" employees over at MS.com click on a key and auto-post a generic question/answer to "help" people.
