I have a computer that will turn on but not show any video, It'll beep constantly every 5 seconds or so, Can anyone tell me what the issue is?

That beeping is more than likely you motherboard speaker. If it is, it's indicating a hardware failure. Have you recently installed any new hardware?

Nope, not recently ;/ i was away for a good 2 weeks and came back to it being broken.
