I watched a documentary called "What's the Earth worth?" It said I believe either 43 or 53 years left of oil and or fossil fuels at the current and rising rate. But there is hope for our generation. There is a large Petroleum mine in Montana that could give us a temporary boost. Most analysts that do these kinds of researches agree it is time to research another form of fuel. They say once we run out it will back to the 18th century for the world.

Trust me the US wouldnt just sit around and do nothing. They will find an alternative source, depends on if they want to be forced into it or do it on their own.

In my opinion, I see us creating an alternative fuel source. There's a millions even billions of cars and other sources that rely on fossil fuels, so I really don't think we'd let them go to waste and besides, what would we do with all of the cars ect.? Theres no where we could just pile them up at.

They've made nuclear power plants, I'm sure we will have no need for gas and oil in the future.

I believe it can be recycled in sort. Not for the same purpose of nuclear energy, but in some form sure.

We've been filling up our reserve for a while not but that will not last that long.
Why do you think we're always buying oil from other countries.

They actually recently discovered if they drill deeper, they can get inside a pocket of oil, which is insanely big. They just need to develop the technology.
