So just updating the thread I've decided I should get the next generation CPU's so what are your thoughts on these motherboards. (Feel free to add any motherboards around $200AUD/ $180USD)

It's a good Z77 board. If you are doing a new build however, you should get a newer Haswell chip with a Z87 board.

Alright then man, thanks.
Do you have any suggestions for a board under $200 (AUD). Thinking of getting an I5 3470 to go with the build.

Thanks

Here you are. A really good board too. One of my friends has it, and he says its great to use and cuts out unnecessary stuff. This is for Z87 4th Gen Intel cores. If you are sticking with 3rd gen, go with your original one.

If you're getting a 'locked' Intel series CPU then getting a Z87 chipset is not necessarily needed. Honestly, for 99.9% of the people who own computers in general, a motherboard that cost ~$150 USD or less is MORE than enough ( MSI Z87 G43 ) for example. 4670k + Z87 G43 + Hyper 212 is what I'd recommend.
