What is the story behind this? There is obvousily something about it, I mean what would be the point in just a little laughing girl and a teddy bear? Another thing that strikes me is that is in a lot of Call of Duty games.
Examples would be:
-Call of Duty (1)
-Call of Duty 2
-Call of Duty 4
-Call of Duty World at War
I also find the girls giggling strikingly similar to the laughing and mocking that happens throughout all the Nazi Zombie levels. I'm thinking that maybe theres a possessed girl, witch, or demonic spirit in Nazi Zombies. We all know about the Telexion or Red Menance Theory, about it all being an experiment, perhaps this was the first zombie? The actual expirment? I don't know I'm just suggesting theorys.

Im not sure i thought it would have something to do with the asylum due to them being crazy

It is on several multiplayer maps and in singleplayer.
Forgot the locations, but look on Call of Duty wiki if you really want to know where they are.
