When you sign up for beta, you're signing up for all new updates before anyone else gets them!

So I signed up, and I've got all new updates, and only a few things have changed, including the dashboard..

The Xbox guide has changed a bit too!

But the thing that's changed mostly and has really annoyed me.

Is the way Microsoft have disabled Microsoft points and changed them for currency of money

I tried to get help off one of the Xbox help team

And they told me that they are bringing this update out for the whole Xbox live community


So soon enough, their will be no Microsoft points on Xbox live

not truly. But you still can redeem the codes and it will automatically convert them for you!

I believe that if you get the codes that they will be converted but don't hold me on that because i'm not sure.

What happens to people without PayPal or a credit card ? Or is it just like PS3 how there's like a $20 gift card ?

If you're buying them off xbox then why worry? It's just straight from your credit card...

Because, I don't like putting credit card on my xbox live profile incase I get hacked... Now they've brought this update out, their is more of a risk of scumbags getting into your account and taking your money.

It will be like PSN with the gift cards. But for now you still can redeem 800/1600/4000msp codes and have them auto converted
