If i was to buy a capture card , which would be the best for livestreaming ?, the capture card that I want to buy must be able to record 1080p footage aswell but for streaming i just want to find one that doesn't use much CPU power etc

Just go for an Elgato, that's your best bet.

I know its easy to use and records 1080p but it uses a lot of CPU power so i would stuggle with streaming with it , do you know any other alternatives that use less ?

HD wise? HD PVR + HD PVR 2.
That's it. If you want THE BEST quality it's Elgato or HP PVR 2. HD PVR isn't as good but is cheaper.
Never use anything else, with the exception of a Black Magic Intensity Pro.
Look into those, i'm not sure about their power consumption, but I do know that they are your best bets in terms of quality. You won't get 1080p with anything else.

It's crisp and only lags every once in awhile but DON'T have skype open, or it will lag alot

Elgato Hd, If your streaming xbox you don't need to stream higher then 720p because xbox games stop at 720p
