Hi. I have a problem with my PC. My PC has been turning itself off and the problem was a loose connector. But now its had a power surge problem. And now it won't turn on. Ive bought another power supply because the one that I have now is voided. I don't know if its the mobo need help. Power supply is a corsair AX760 and the mobo is an Asus sabertooth Z77.

You can test a power supply without any additional components by following this guide: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] That will help you rule the power supply out as the cause of the fault.
