The 6.00 GB you have will be enough to play games on any way.
All RAM does the same thing, just the more expensive ones run at higher frequencies.
Upgrading your RAM won't help playing games on your laptop anyway, it's the on board GPU.
Has your laptop got on board graphics or a dedicated chip?

If you upgrade your RAM, it won't make much difference at all for games.
6GB will be more than enough.
Also what graphics is running on your system?
Like is it on board Intel graphics, or a dedicated NVidia or AMD chip?

His Laptop has Intel HD 4000 according to my research and that will not even play Minecraft on low, people think laptops are good with high ram and processors and then have integrated grapics, if your looking to play a game(S) Its time to save up and build and custom pc or get like a razer laptop or at least one with a dedicated chip.
