I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do anything if you aren't verified to get online using their servers.

I have the files to set up my own server tho I just got told that I needed to do more.

Are these the cracked files? I found this using a quick google search;

Hex edit CPUKey.bin with HxD to match the CPU Key from the UNBANNED KV,then edit the KV_dec.bin name to
kv.bin and then place both the CPUKey.bin and the unbanned kv.bin onto the root of your HDD, along with
all of the other files.

Copy all files except readme.txt and 360 Flash Tool.exe to your JTAG/RGH HDD root directory.

Yes they are I just don't know what to do with them.
