No that is just a rumor there isn't a possible way to get it early at least I am not aware it is legally impossible

I got Battlefield 3 two days before it came out When i pre ordered it on Amazon, BUt i think they made a mistake since it is illegal to release a game early.

No, no, no, no.... i preordered BO2 and i got it 24 hours after release, get it from Tesco, Play or Gamestop.

If you buy the game from steam, they allow you to preload the game around three days before release. You can then play at midnight.
