okay if this kid hex edited the server to go to his internet connection and make it work for him why can all of us do that then we dont need to go on one server we can just use our own internet conenction?

That is not what he did at all, all Zephyr (Venom) did was edit the XNotify in the EXBLS xex.

you don't get it, the XNotify is just the message that pops up when it says "XBS - fully stealthed"

He really did change the x-notify in hxd, and he is using e-xbls just that the vps that is running the server is close to his location.
