It's either you have a virus of some sort or people are using your wifi because it is open. To close go to cmd, type ipconfig, find a ip that starts with 192 and enter that ip in the internet browser and login to you router using the admin password which you can find on the router and change some where in the router, something about network key or make private idk something like that. Hope i helped a bit lol

You might have a data cap and once you go over they slow your net down so i'm guessing its that

Yeah they suck but my mum knows nothing about them. I dont see my dad so its my mum only. I think she will switch once the contract runs out. Ill try BT Infinite ? Or virgin media

I've been on Both BT and Sky both terrible, Constantly down, Used to take 2 days to download a game now i get them within 3 hours, So far Virgin media has been the best so far.
