If it is indeed a 14-day trial it DOESN'T matter where it is redeemed -- on console or Xbox.com.

I've redeemed 14-day trials on the console many times. The only difference when redeeming it online is that it will immediately tell you that you have redeemed for 14-days whereas on the console it will state Xbox Live Gameplay while it gives you the options of REDEEM NOW or Cancel.

Oh, I don't need one. I just wanted to point that out.

P.S. Redeem on console and go to Settings >> Account >> Memberships and it should list 14-day pass as your current membership after redemption.

Another thing -- if you are trying to unload these from the last FRITO-Lay/Xbox/VUDU "ChargeUpYourFun" promotion (exploit?) which had an "expiration" date of 8/10 . . .

let me just say, that codes from the similar March promotion and "expiration" of mid-April continue to be valid.
